Scientific and Technical Council
The Scientific and Technical Council of Aktobe university named after S.Baishev (hereinafter NTS) is a permanent coordinating and advisory body of the University in the field of formation and practical implementation of scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activities. In his activity he is guided by the provision on the NTC.
The vice-rector for scientific work and innovations is the chairman of the NTC of Aktobe University named after S. Baishev. The NTC is organized by the Science and Innovation Department.
Main goals and objectives
The main objectives of the NTC are the formation and implementation of the strategy and priority directions for the development of the university's innovative activity.
The main tasks of the NTC are to facilitate the receipt of SRW volumes in accordance with the criteria for accreditation; preservation and development of the university's scientific potential; analysis and evaluation of scientific, scientific, technical and innovation activities of individual departments and the university as a whole.
Structure and main principles of the organization of work of the NTC
The NTS is formed in the composition of the Chairman of the NTC, the Deputy Chairman of the NTC the Scientific Secretary of the NTC, the members of the NTC. Membership to NTC is personal. The NTC can include pro-rectors, deans of faculties, leading scientists, scientific and pedagogical workers and highly qualified specialists of the industry, including representatives of relevant public associations of scientific and pedagogical workers. The membership of the NTC, the chairman of the NTC and his deputy, the scientific secretary of the NTC and the members of the NTC are approved by the order of the rector of the university.
Sessions of the NTC of Aktobe University named after S.Baishev are held not less than once a month. NTC of Aktobe University named after S.Baishev carries out work in accordance with the plan, compiled and approved for each calendar year. The NTC work plan is approved annually by the rector of Aktobe University named after S.Baishev.
